What is needed for a civil-military partnership?
The war with Russia is asymmetrical. We are fighting the enemy having advantages that, unfortunately, the Ukrainian army has not. Hence, we need to take a different path, i.e., unite and support each other.
The study shows how civil-military partnership develops in Ukraine and what barriers it faces. In this study, everyone will be able to find ideas for a community, business, company, or project to build a win-win cooperation. After all, only a united society is able to repel an enemy at any time.
